Has there ever been a vehicle like this?essentially a 3/4ths car. something that reduces the passenger side by half and uses it more for storage rather than a person sized space.Still having the back passenger seat if you need it, but you could also collapse it for even more storage room. Keeping the stable dimensions of a normal car, but smaller, while compensating its absolute smaller size with larger interior space on one side for the driver and passenger.
I'm afraid cars are usually made with non incels in mind, so the passenger seat next to the driver seat is important.

A number of vehicles have tandem seating with extra space on both sides, like bubble cars, or quadracycles.Or cozy seating where there is no arm rest between driver and passenger which used to be more common on small cars back when they had a front bench seat.Or a very few have central seating for the driver with two seats slightly behind them on either side.You can also achieve this on some cars by taking the front passenger seat out and letting the passenger just sit in back.
