пpивeт тoвapищи,I decided to cut open the whole rocker panel and redo everything completely instead of just hiding the mess underneath fresh metal.
There's a ton of the motherland and probably some other countries clay behind the perforated beam and it's in there packed tight, tried blasting it out with air to no avail? Anyone got any good ideas how to get all the shit out from there without cutting the whole body open behind the perforated steel? I was thinking about maybe using the strategically placed rust hole in the rear wheel well to fit in a wire wheel brush of some sort with an extended shaft to get all the dirt loose, then blast it with compressed air?

The shoulder on the bolt isn't supposed to allow for that, though I suppose if the bolt isn't completely seated it could. Not finding a pic quickly that shows that area, but you can see it on the other side if you want.
