This.

This is why.

Don't blame "tariffs" or "dealership fees. It's all them.
>>
Jews were behind trade and industrial unions werent they

Tariffs can't apply to something made domestically anyway, dipshit

Jews hate Unions.
Unions make sure Jewish owners have to pay decent wages.
JEW CEOs love to underpay and import shit-skins

Average NON-Union Aerospace pay: $21.67
Average Union Aerospace worker pay:$37.54
Fuck Jews
Fuck Israel

.t Makes $50hr making FAA test parts.

>could it be corporate greed?
>nah its workers fault for trying to get living wages
reminder corporations are getting record high profits, even stellantis with all the crap they make

Unionizing against the consumer and the public to produce inferior products lol.
FUCK unions.

Im a software engineer btw. Theres a reason why the tech industry isnt stagnant like all the other UNIONIZED industries. might want to think about it.
>>
>>28116407
there's also a reason so many get burnt out by the time they're 30
there's very few industries where working 60-80 hour weeks is considered normal/ok
>>
>>28116407
(cont'd)
We make the pie bigger for everyone, not trying to clamor over bigger pieces of a smaller and smaller pie.
Unionizing attempts would be met with a lot of resistance even from regular employees.

Burning out is for bums. Granted ive only worked for a few years so well see how i turn out.
Its not a bad living situation at all though, theres no risk to your human health. however you are sort of expected to just always be available to work, depending on the place, might need to get online on weekends sometimes.
>>

>Don't wanna work 60 hours a week? Join a union!

>A few years later in a union: so we're gonna have to bump it up to 60 hours because...How dare you question the almighty union!!!
>>
>>28116407
You're all being outsourced or replaced by h1bs.

>Burning out is for bums. Granted ive only worked for a few years so well see how i turn out.
you'd be surprised how many people think they're not burnt out while absolutely experiencing symptoms of burnout
>>28116427
i do hate how unions eventually just become self-serving for the people at the top
>>
>>28116434
and uaw niggers are getting replaced by fanuc robots.
>>
>>28116427
That never happens because union jobs are hourly and that would be overtime
>>

I'm in the IBEW and if they had me come in on a weekend, I'd be making double time, including doubling my contributions and vacation pay. Still could afford to send us out a ton since they were raking in money from huge industrial operations
>>
>>28116365
No, I still remember what happened during COVID. Dealers used supply chain shortage as an excuse to jack up prices, manufacturers followed suit, inflation went through the roof and then UAW demanded a pay increase. Now the manufacturers fucked themselves with short sightedness, they're stuck making vehicles no one can afford. They also purposefully chose to chase the luxury market for higher profit margins.

America needs to abolish the stock market, it encourages public companies to focus on short term gain while destroying the foundations of the company.

>Theres a reason why the tech industry isnt stagnant like all the other UNIONIZED industries.
The reason is because the industry has seen massive growth and investment since the 80's/90's, the industry hasn't really matured/stabilized/stagnated like other industries. I would argue that it's starting to stabilize and you silicon valley faggots aren't going to be able to make the same inflated salaries as you used to in the coming decades.
>muh AI
AI is just another ploy to separate investors from their money
>>
>>28116365
Don't think, for a second, that the "rent-a-CEOs" running these companies aren't also to blame. They know fuck-all about automobiles and don't do anything but buy stock, pump up the stock price, with short-term gains, dump them and move on, leaving the company in ashes. But yeah, the unions also take major blame for what has happened.
