1st gen Touaregs are good, but you need one that is well maintained (I really mean that).I never owned a diesel, but I hear the 3.0TDI is good (as long as it has been well maintained and serviced).But frankly, if you're not getting a version that has a lot of options, you will not really appreciate this vehicle.>t.
