Why does land designated for bird breeding make you irrationally angry?

Most European countries have bad national parks unless they have mountains. Problem is that most of thier land was already taken into agricultural production before the idea of a national parks was even introduced. Ukraine, being a relatively flat and fertile country, probably had virtually no virgin land by that point. Still looks like it was a beautiful country prior to the invasion though. Russians go home

Americans were sold on National Parks by recreation and vacation, not actual conservation of natural resources. The concept of Hot Springs NP being a water (natural resource) conservation area is lost on them, they think it’s all about the bath houses, hotels and restaurants. The concept of forests for birds and wildlife to hide from humans is lost on them, they think that these places are supposed to be zoos where they can go to watch the wildlife, not places for the wildlife to rest and hide and breed in peace.

Just read your post, opened a new tab, and this is the news article that popped up ha ha god I hated the UK. Windermere was the fucking worst.

We went the other way and totally overcooked it.
You can barely walk your dog on the west coast without breaking the law. Luckily the coast only really has "guidelines" so long as nobody is hurt and nothing is stolen.

Commiefornia does manage to get a few things right once in a blue moon. Protect those oldgrowth forests comrades.

Jesus how are people so emotionally invested in a war that they have to derail non-related war threads?

Staying on topic I have only been to NP’s in the states and will say that GSMNP are the worse. Fat people everywhere. All the surrounding areas of accommodation are the most stereotypical tourist traps I’ve ever encountered. Even going deep off-trail as all you faggots complain about others not doing still yields endless crowds.

Ticks everywhere

We cut all those down when we got here.
Well what was left anyway, the maoris got in first using fire to hunt Moa to extinction.
I’d like to say for building or something, but 90% was just burned so we could have farmland.
Hey at least we brought deer, possums, rabbits, ferrets, hares, rats, mice and wasps to compete for resources with the birds that were left. Previously the only mammal was a bat. Pfft!

No we didn't. There are still a few left and that's why the laws are so strict.

California's forest conservation retardation is why their wildfires are so fucking bad. Forest fires have been a natural phenomenon for as long as forests have existed and are very important for forest growth, as they both return nutrients to the soil, allow new healthy growth, and prevent future wildfires from spreading uncontrollably.
>>
>>2729514
>No we didn't.
There's less of them left than apple trees in a small orchard.
>>
>>2729591
Are you talking about that one specific tree or old growth forests in general? There are many old growth forests remaining in North America, let alone Commiefornia.
>>
>>2729633
He's talking about New Zealand I think and the other guy is talking about California because he didn't look closely at the map.

>>2729523
Logging and forest fires are strangely conflated in your post.
