Had to pack my bike into my car for a move and I'm pretty sure I fucked it up like a retard.
Front wheel had to come off for it to fit, but I didn't know that the axle bolt was a loosen-only type deal and didn't actually come all the way out. Sat there just spinning it thinking it was stripped but ended up stripping it in the process. Lots of metal shavings in the axle threads and when put the wheel on and tighten it, the wheel just falls of under load, so the threads are definitely fucked and not biting.

How do I fix this bros? The wheel hub bolt comes out (so I've seen) so that can be replaced. What about the threads? You think I can rethread them using a tap or do I need to buy a whole new front fork since the axle is integrated? Idk the model I didn't buy it, all I know is that it's a lefty Cannondale.

It took me an embarrassingly long time to actually read your post properly, I spent too long staring at the image trying to make out what it is. I still don't entirely understand what I'm looking at. I know the lefties only have one fork blade, but is the end really just squared away like that? Is that a disk caliper? Where's the disk brake? Can you post more pics?
Is this the part that stripped?

I'm a drooling retard who can barely fix his single speed, if you hop over to /n/, the /n/iggers there can probably help you better.

>is the end of the fork square?
Yes.
>Is that a disk caliber and where is the brake rotor?
Yes it's a caliber and I took off the brake rotor because it bent when I broke the axle bolt loose. I guess there was a lot of tension and the caliber was still bolted down. Should've took the caliber off first. Retard move. Easy and cheap replacement for the rotor.

Pic in this post is just to give you an idea. Fork is on one side and the axle is integrated into the fork. So in my OP pic, what you're looking at is the bare axle and the threads that the wheel bolt thread into.
>your pic
I believe the axle threads and the bolt that posted are both stripped. So I'd have to pop out the hub from the wheel, the pic you posted, and replace that too.
