What do you guys carry as a mini folding saw and a full size saw for those of us that camp in areas that can make use of these? A while back I met someone who was carrying a full size hack saw, is he a hack or has folding saw tech gotten good enough that we can ditch those home improvement saws?

I have a Japanese style folding saw for cutting through small trees and brush. It cuts through 2in branches like a champ. I've only used it on green wood and dry branches. Only paid $15 for it on the zon.

Silly’s are fantastic the only problem are replacement blades are expensive. I also use an Agawa Boreal 21”the yellow handle one” it’s extremely compact when folded up and works fantastic. Also the blades are standard so can be cheap.
