I was browsing flickr today and came across this photo taken with a Canon Powershot G9.How was this effect achieved?
>>4307695>A thread died for this. You mean, panning?
>>4307700The horse and rider is a little blurred, the bg is really blurred and it feels like motion blur making the horse feel it’s going really fast.
>>4307695You put the camera into timer mode and throw it in the direction of the object
>A thread died for this. It's called panning you mong.
>>4307703I dont know why you keep bringing up panning, this is a photo not video.
>>4307705kys
>>4307705& I dont know why he thinks mong is some kind of an insult. Like just naming some random ethnicity he has some problem with is going to mean anything to anyone else. MF lives inside his own head & is cringy af irl.
>>4307714>mong - mongoloid - down syndrome - retard>>4307701The further away an object is the further distance it covers during panning

You are all wrong, this effect is coming from a very slow shutter speed, look how blurred the horses feet are, a classic sign of slow shutter speed.
>>4307725Horse feet move when they're running, buildings don't move. Notice how blurred the building in the background is?
>>4307726>buildings don't movesource??
>>4307714mong isn't a name of any ethnicity, that would be mongol instead you fucking mongoloid
