Reassemble using watch oil.

Apply some naptha or lighter fluid liberally in that area and try to work it.The correct thing to do is to disassemble and clean in lighter fluid and lubricate.>>4311849This is incorrect many of these leaf shutters actually used molybdenum to lubricate them, watch oil or oil in general is too viscous and will slow the shutter mechanism down.
