I plan on getting a camera for decent feet photography. Most of the images I see are very unprofessional and of much lower quality than they could be. It would also be ideal if I could record decent 4K video with this camera.

>>4311600Look for high maximum magnification/close focusing wide angle lenses. You want to have the subject in focus, at least somewhat, but the feet should take up a lot of the frame. You don't want to go too wide as it'll be unflattering but anything above 50mm won't have that effect. dpreview has a lens search where you can plug in desired maximum magnification and filter by focal length. Modern lenses are better than ever at focusing closer and looking good so I'd go with a MILC body but you can get away with any major brand. Studio work is less demanding on bodies so truly just pick whatever you can afford that's not too old.
