Hezbollah still has only used up maybe 5% of their weapons, with an estimated arsenal of about a million projectiles as of a month or two ago. Hamas is very small and weak compared to Hezbollah, and has pretty low tech weapons. So if israel gets into a full on war with Hezbollah, at that point they'll have almost no manpower to do anything else. As Hezbollah has over 100k soldiers, and it was estimated that roughly about another 100k would be coming from countries surrounding Lebanon, to help in the fight. So, shitrael can barely handle what's happening currently, but if they get into a full on war with Hezbollah, and the west doesn't come to save them, the west bank could likely do something big. However, the West Bank is demilitarized, so I don't know enough to say if they have any weapons or not.
