The Italians eat pasta and pizza every day, the Japanese eat rice and pickled vegetables and fish every day, etc. whereas the French don't even eat French food on a regular basis unless you consider a jambon-beurre (literally just ham and butter in a baguette) to be the peak of French "cuisine"
France for technique and sauces, most other cuisines would still be shit without french culinary school. Peru for fusion and fish and a special shout out to Pisco Sour, best cocktail in the world. South Korea for meat and vegetables.
