When this place shut down for a while after the hack, I thought, “good, now I can leave this compromised shithole with all these retard users.”But when I started going to other sites as alternatives, I realised- and this is without irony- that the users here have about 20 iq points more on average than other sites. Then I realised why we all use this site: it’s because the user base is one of the few on the internet that are actually ABLE to critically think. The initial intent or eventual compromise of the site is slightly irrelevant.
