I've been living in mine for the last 2 years, and travelled around Europe. Cost me around 10k total, and older but reliable model and the interior is comfy. Have water, heating, solar, dry toilet and shower, but I mostly go gym for showers with a chain brand all over Europe. If you invest a little more (15-20k) and build it yourself, you can live pretty well. I've met pretty well off people (in switzerland for example) who live in theirs by choice, and they can afford pretty luxurious ones.

You can make these places into beautiful apartments given time but never show them to women, they talk and will betray you.
