Well for us in the USA happy homogenous white communities were already being swept aside by WW2. It all started with two mass movements, one external, one internal. The first was the late 19th century mass migration of eastern and southern europeans to cities. Especially the Italians are notorious for their mafia antics and turning the cities into their ethnic fiefdoms. There was a total halt on non nordic immigration in the 1920s as a result of this. The second was something we are all taught about in school (we are not taught about the first thing in school) called the Great Migration. This is where millions of blacks left their former plantations in the South to work in Northern Industrial towns. This resulted in many race riots as soon as WW1 where whites tried to keep the blacks from moving in. The blacks ended up pushing the italians, jews, and other misc. Europeans out of the cities. Bear in mind all of those other groups show up as white on the census. Here in Philadelphia is shown a pattern that is typical of all major American cities, where in 1950 the whites fled the city en masse as the blacks moved in.Of course now the cherry on top is that for the past 5 decades latinos have been moving in to all these areas, which means that pretty much every single statistical area in the country is getting 10% less white every 10 years. Latinos are already the biggest demographic group in many cities, such as Boston, NYC, and Chicago.
