That being said, warfare is changing and I wouldn't be at all surprised if the top militaries in the world have "micro drones" which you could easily use to destroy traditional vehicles. You could probably have a 'dragonfly' sized drone w\ a micro explosive payload, and have it attach to a vehicle and explode without anyone noticing anything out of the norm. Or lasers.
