They've made entreprenurship harder than ever before. Try to even get a simple Worksafety Certificate can put you to 1year waiting list (unless you want to pay it out of your own wallet).4. You'd imagine it would be better to hire one person to take the job forever, but being a big business its easier to just rotate trainees or whatever who will work for free.Just some on top of my head. There is no 'pioneer attitude' here. No one wants to take any risk, and why should you?
