I smoked goynip for about 15 years all day every day before I quit. I was totally sober for a couple of years before I realized weed was still controlling me, just in a different way. Instead of my life being about consuming it, it became about avoiding it. Relationships with friends amd family suffered because id avoid people to avoid temptation. Eventually I started smoking again, and I just dont do it a lot not. A couple times a day and thats it. I smoke way less than I used to and it doesn't feel like im an addict anymore.It's important to be able to learn to control yourself, and not let yourself be controlled one way or the other.
