Very athletic/strong whites also tend to have Cro-Magnid phenotypes.I wonder if robust and athletic whites may perhaps be unusually high in HG admixture even relative to other members of their same specific ethnic group. It would make sense as HG lifestyle likely selected for explosive power and speed (for combat, hunting, and evading predators), whereas farming or Steppe herding lifestyle likely selected for endurance. Kavkaz and Polynesians – the two groups I mentioned above as being overrepresented among top-tier athletes, are also both very high in HG DNA – which I again doubt is coincidence.
