she is anorexic, that is what is causing the problem
dolph lundgren is a vegan
protip faggot: vegans don't eat bugs. bugs are high protein too.
the multinational companies farming bugs are not the same as vegans
all protein does is make new hair, fingernails, and muscle tissue.
human milk is only 6% protein, the rest is sugar and fat. this is at the time of the greatest, fastest growth spurt a human ever has. if humans needed massive amounts of protein to live well, then why is milk so low in protein?
in papua new guinea, the highlanders eat a diet that is 90% sweet potato tubers and leaves. they are all very tall, fit, and muscular. they only get 3% of their diet from protein.
excessive protein is the biggest killer there is.
https://youtu.be/_KvyAylxBkQ
excess animal protein gets turned into acids that your body needs to get rid of, as they are harmful. one way to get the ph stable is to sacrifice bone material. this neutralizes the acids, then is urinated out. a lot of those minerals then become stuck in the kidneys, joints, arteries, etc, and become clogs and stones.
https://www.drmcdougall.com/education/information/five-major-poisons-inherently-found-in-animal-foods/
as you can see from the table in pic related, all kinds of plant foods have protein in them. it is impossible to be protein deficient if you are eating enough calories.
btw mcdougall was the diet coach for carl lewis, who ate vegan while setting world records and winning 9 olympic gold medals.
and i have no idea why you posted that in response to the pic. makes no sense, unless you're a bot owned by beef industry shills. like the ones that made the new food pyramid, all paid off

check
long term studies show that supplements are usually harmful, and those taking them usually are sicker and die sooner than controls
part of the issue is that they are synthetic, and bind to receptor sites without being taken up. then, when there are vitamins from food present, they can't get to the "door" because it is being blocked
the intestines stop taking up as many nutrients from food, as the walls of the intestine are somewhat intelligent in what they allow through. if you already have a large amount of a counterfeit nutrient, they stop letting it through
the supplements are all made by the same drug companies pushing all the other shit.
>>528369647
did you feel your arteries calcifying? d is a hormone, not a vitamin. it is created through sun exposure. if you are white, then you have the ability to store it. synthetic d is made from sheep lanolin too.
anyways, it is very harmful to high dose this stuff, "feeling good" is not really a metric of what something is doing in your body. do a line of coke, you'll feel better than you ever have in your life.
vitamin d supplementation causes calcification of the aorta, among other things. it changes your smooth muscle cells into osteoblasts, aka bone cells. that's what happened to me, i used to take a shitload of d3/k2 and i ended up with heart disease and whole slew of bone spurs
https://youtu.be/xb85zTF8cak?t=900
a whole video on vitamin d supplementation with slideshow and references
btw vit d blood tests are notoriously inaccurate. the same sample sent to 10 different labs will give you 10 different numbers, ranging from super high to super low.
interesting that vit d is only found in a few foods, fatty fish and mushrooms exposed to light.
>>
>>528367182
What (((they))) truly don't want you to know is that the supplement industry is ran by the same "people" who run the pharmaceutical industry. They also don't want you to know that every drug and supplement is toxic. Or that your body is made to take in an unadulterated matrix of a wide array of nutrients & other substances found only in raw foods, which cannot be created artificially. No supplement is truly nutritive, and even if they contained true nutrients they would just disbalance you further. The root of the problem is the food you eat, and food is the only real solution. They have conveniently spun a huge web of lies about nutrition to trick both supplement users and rejectors. If you think food won't solve it, you're brainwashed, a bot, a kike, or you have never eaten truly healthy food before.

try a mediterranean diet for about a month and see if things improve
high fat diets are the cause of this. it is a sign that other things are badly wrong
https://atlantamedicalinstitute.com/can-your-diet-cause-erectile-dysfunction-2/
diets low in saturated and trans fats are shown to improve symptoms
the penis relies on blood flow to get erect. if blood flow is diminished, so is the quality of the erection
you don't need more pills, you need better food
https://youtu.be/ks0hHmkXXuo
you can see in this video a whole crossfit gym getting bloodwork done while on a paleo diet, then again after switching to a med style diet. all of them very fit and looking good on the outside. but you can see that even the md doctor who thought she was being smart had pre-diabetes.

Just focus on getting the essential nutrients and minerals. Most people are deficient in vitamin D and magnesium. If you're deficient in things like vit D, magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, etc. simply getting enough of those will drastically improve your well-being.
>>
>>528372562
you don't need to turn it into a religion or anything
if you limit red meat to a serving a week you will probably be just fine. the main culprit is the saturated fat, followed by the animal protein
speaking of religion, the sda church, who are all vegetarian/vegan, have some of the longest lifespans in the usa. the mormons are close, they are instructed to eat meat infrequently.
it's more about what else you eat. good news, the helpful foods are really cheap. grits, oats, wheat berries or bulgur wheat, rice, are all super cheap and very nutritious. the fibre has many beneficial effects too, like good intestinal health and better bloodwork, cholesterol etc.
personally i went vegan for health reasons, not for saving the world or letting the monkeys out of research labs etc. i used to do keto and carnivore for years and it really messed me up, when i was told that it could only help me, vegetables were poison, etc etc.
and local doesn't mean much if the ingredients aren't. depending on the place, of course. i used to cook in restaurants for years, and all of the stuff they get is generally the cheapest shit that sysco or gfs has in stock. most chicken is from brazil, most fish is poison catfish from Vietnam, and anything pre-made is most likely filled with all kinds of nasty chemical preservatives to enhance shelf life.
they also use quaternary ammonium sanitizer, which can make you infertile. this is meant to stay on the counter and air dry after you spray it, so it hangs around as a residual.

this does happen to people that are severely deficient in certain minerals found in soil, rock salt, chalk, borate, litium.thisbguy is obviously also dealing with more than a mineral deficiency though
>>
>>528373109
taking any of these as supplements are guaranteed to give you problems, including mineral and vitamin imbalances
if you are low in magnesium, there are certain signs and symptoms that presents themselves. anxiety, cramps, all kinds of stuff. you lose mag when you exercise, get diarrhea, have a high toxic load from eating meat and dairy, lots of stuff. the best way is to immerse in water which has magnesium in it, like the ocean or a epsom salt bath. when you take it orally, it makes you shit yourself (even the bis-glycinate!) and you lose more than you take in. it also signals to the gut to take up less mag. you also tend to lose manganese from oral mag supplementation. it is also not enough to correct a deficiency. this is why topical is better, if you have to do this. there are all kinds of creams and lotions you can use too.

>Industrial meat and dairy products carry a significant toxic load due to the accumulation of environmental pollutants, pesticides, antibiotics, and growth hormones in animal fat and tissues. These contaminants include dioxins, heavy metals (mercury, cadmium), persistent organic pollutants (like DDT and bifenthrin), and PFAS ("forever chemicals"), which are not broken down in the body or environment.

>Dioxins, among the most toxic substances known, are primarily ingested through animal fats—over 90% of human exposure comes from meat, dairy, and fish. Long-term exposure is linked to cancer, immune dysfunction, and developmental harm.
>Pesticides used on animal feed (e.g., corn and onions) accumulate in animal tissues, contributing to 39% of human pesticide exposure from meat and dairy, with some banned chemicals like DDT still detectable decades after their prohibition.
>Antibiotics and veterinary drugs such as ractopamine (banned in the EU and China) are used widely in factory farming, promoting antibiotic resistance and creating a toxic cocktail in food.
>Hormones and arsenic-based compounds like roxarsone are used to accelerate growth, increasing cancer and hormonal disruption risks.
>The fatty tissues of animals act as reservoirs for these toxins, meaning that consuming more animal fat—especially from industrial sources—increases exposure. This is especially concerning for children, whose developing bodies are more vulnerable to cumulative chemical exposure. Experts urge a shift toward organic, pasture-raised, and plant-based alternatives and call for stronger policies to reduce toxic inputs in industrial agriculture.

in fact, you are the faggot that posted dolph lundgren and a bushman, and said that dolph looked like that from meat, and the bushman from vegetables. it was a brutal self own, almost as bad as what you are accomplishing here. this is because not even you believe what you are typing, you are paid to do this. and you are fucking terrible at it. i mean, right off the bat you bring up veganism in response to the op, a bizarre non sequitur.

i came into this years ago working in construction and getting brutal cramps from wearing a tyvek suit and sweating into it all day while chipping concrete. the best way is epsom salt baths, or simply being near the ocean. you can breathe it in and absorb it through the lungs, or transdermally by simply going in the water. if you take an epsom salt bath, stay in for at least 20 minutes.
for me, it got to the point where i had to take them all the time to simply avoid being cramped up. once i dropped the meat and dairy, i rarely have to take an epsom salt bath or use the lotions. the calcium from dairy is brutal, and if you live in the middle of the continent, the water is full of calcium from the limestone.

heres stuss that made significant changes in order of their effect:

1. Lugol's 2% iodine (15 ml of water + 4 drops) + 200 mg selenium; git it in amazon: first time i took it with one drop i got a herxheimer effect (meaning major exhaustion) which is a good thing. after a month it stopped and each time i take this is can feel my entire body cool the fuck down and even i stop thinking for a bit and just chill. as a digital nomad i keep 5 bottles with me

Glycine through cheap no sugar gelatin (2 packets): this was a fucking shocker of how much energy i get in the morning after doing this. i mix non sugar gelatin, 2 tsp of apple cider vinigar (also has a fuck done of bennefits) and non sugar orange juice as the base for the gelatin that has vitamin c but lemon jjuice is better. not only is it goo for your self but it complements your NAC because its one of the ingratiates that it mixes with the make a super anti oxidant

ivermectin: everyone even in the first world has parasites and if you all of sudden feel better after taking this you may have some parasites. this will kill them but its not enough as they probably layed eggs and theres many different types but theres a chlorine dioxide anti parasite protocol you should do. i havent done it yet but i will be soon

Magniusum Glycinate 200 mg - best for sleep

next thing im trying to cure is my errectile disfunction. ive tried l arginine, hyperbaric oxygen therepy (40 sessions in a row) one ssri specifically for it but for some reason i cant maintain a hard on for more than 10 seconds at a time. before i left canada i tried asking doctors but nothing

Did you try seeing a physiotherapist? It takes practice to get good at those reverse kegels with abdominal breathing. I have some kind of issue with nerve damage that is giving me uncomfortable erections that are waking me up at night, feels like something is getting damaged in there. I quit all those supplements that could be good for ED because of that.

try a teaspoon of baking soda in water for sleep
if you eliminated added fats and animal foods for a month you would see a big difference. most of the time ed is caused by blocked arteries
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0022316625002299
Evidence shows that the consumption of plant foods, particularly those in their whole form (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes from which no edible part has been removed), improves cardiometabolic risk factors and is associated with reduced risk of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), diabetes, cancer, chronic kidney disease and mortality compared with animal (meat, fish, eggs and dairy) and nonwhole plant foods (sugar-sweetened beverages, refined grains, etc.). Erectile dysfunction (ED) is considered a strong predictor of CVD. The underlying defect in arteriogenic ED is endothelial dysfunction. A plant-based diet focused on whole plant foods could enhance penile erection as it improves endothelial function through various mechanisms. First, it provides nitrates, L-arginine, and L-citrulline, substrates for nitric oxide production. In addition, this diet lowers low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, trimethylamine N-oxide, postprandial triglycerides, advanced glycation end product, inflammation, and vasoconstrictors levels, contributing to higher nitric oxide concentrations, increased endothelial progenitor cells preservation and decreased arterial stiffness.

>There is evidence suggesting coordinated efforts by the meat industry to influence public opinion through misinformation campaigns on online forums and social media. A 2024 report found that pro-meat and dairy PR campaigns are effective in shaping public perception, with over 40% of the U.S. public believing beef is better for the environment than plant-based alternatives—despite scientific consensus to the contrary. >>These campaigns use tactics similar to those used by the tobacco and fossil fuel industries, including promoting doubt about scientific evidence and leveraging "astroturf" groups to create the illusion of grassroots support.

>Specific examples include:

>The CLEAR Center, funded by groups like the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and the National Pork Board, has been accused of undermining research critical of animal agriculture and coordinating campaigns like #yes2meat to discredit studies such as the Eat-Lancet report.
>The beef industry’s social media strategy has been documented in a 2023 Guardian article, which revealed efforts to discredit veganism and climate science by paying individuals to post online.
>On Reddit, users have raised concerns about paid disinformation, with threads on r/vegan and r/skeptic discussing how industry actors may be behind online content designed to discredit plant-based diets or promote meat consumption.
>The Disinformation Report: Harvesting Denial, Distractions & Deception suggests that the industry is sidestepping accountability for its role in greenhouse emissions. By denying, derailing, delaying, and deflecting meaningful discussions around the sector’s key issues, the agriculture industry is using the same tactics as the tobacco and fossil fuel lobbies.

and aminos can have dramatic effects on your mood, consciousness, etc. for instance GABA is a neurotransmitter as well as an amino acid. drugs like valium and alcohol work on these paths, it's a natural relaxant. if you crack the pill open and put it on your tongue you can really feel it. take it from me, don't try and snort it, it will stop your breathing for a scary amount of time kek. tryptophan, which is famously found in turkey, has a similar sedative effect.

sorry, you said something about disingenuous faggots?
>Dolph Lundgren remains vegan and has consistently affirmed his commitment to the lifestyle since adopting it in 2019. He first revealed his switch on the British TV show Good Morning Britain, citing the 2018 documentary The Game Changers—produced by his friend Arnold Schwarzenegger—as the key inspiration. Lundgren has since stated he enjoys significant health benefits, including more stable blood sugar, reduced fatigue, and feeling lighter. He also humorously claimed his sex life improved by about 50%, a sentiment echoed in multiple media outlets.
>He has repeatedly expressed satisfaction with the diet, noting that a vegan bodybuilding regimen is more fun than the traditional "boring chicken and rice" approach. In interviews, including one with The Daily Mail in 2023, he confirmed he continues to follow a plant-based diet and has no plans to return to eating animal products. His continued advocacy, including enjoying plant-based alternatives like Beyond Burgers, confirms his ongoing dedication to veganism.

You are not Japanese, rajeet. Europeans are not adapted to this level of iodine. The Japanese have adapted to this over literal thousands of years. Also, the iodine Japs consume is organically bound in such a way that it's absorbed slowly (along with other compounds like selenium). Lugol's is extremely concentrated and will flood your thyroid almost instantaneously.
But you do whatever. There's really no point for me arguing with a skinnyfat Indian when I could easily crush your ribcage with my bare hands.

also for sleep apnea given that youre not a complete fat ass. the cure is either MSE (maxillary skeletal expansion that literally splits your upper maxilla and thus your nasal passages) or Double jaw ( brings your jaw forward which unblocks the lower passage). the only way you will know which one is the issue is with a Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE). if you do a regular sleep study then it will just tell you that you have it but not the underlying cause and the nurse will give you some meme treatments. its useful to get one because some people dont even know they have sleep apnea because sometimes its a subtile hypopnea which i had and once i got MSE, i got the sleep i needed. some things you can notice if it may be related to your maxilla and thus MSE is needed:

1. buccal corridors which when you smile if you dont only see teeth then most likely your maxilla is recessed

2. measuring your inter molar range. i forgot the range your suppose to be at but im sure its out there but my brain is saying 0.045

3. trying using nose splits during your next sleep

there is a silent epidemic of recession thats nots only causing unattractiveness but also sleep quality and posture issues which lead to other terrible things.

DO NOT do the scratching of soft tissue. that is a horrrible idea because it can lead to a certain condition where u fuck up the nerves stop sensing the air coming in so even though the air would come in, your body wouldnt process it so you could feel like your literally suffocating but not.

it doesnt hurt to go to a ENT doctor. i forced my dad to go whos been snoring for his entire learned he had a deviated septom. ultimately though if youve tried to balance your chemicals in body and that hasnt worked, i highly reccomend going through the whole MSE or double jaw. JawHacks youtube channel has great knowledge on all this and its not as scary as you think it is, quite the opposite. once my suture in my maxilla broke, it didnt hurt, it felt so fucking reliving and once that oxygen hits your system you are literally a new man and every time i expanded more and more, i felt better and better. its addictive as fuck and not only that, it also has cosmetic changes which will make your face look better especially with double jaw. if youre going to loos weight, hope on berberine to help your insulin resistance cause alot of these balding idiots in /pol/ exaggerate the gym's effectiveness but most of it is insulin resistance

wild blueberries are more nutritious than domestic, for instance. native americans and canadians ate pawpaw fruit in large amounts. there were all kinds of orchards that were kept by different tribes as well. lewis and clark ran out of food and lived on pawpaws until they could find other food. they fared really well, to their surprise. pawpaw is one of the most nutritious foods available. their diet was mostly vegetarian as well, just like almost every other group of humans that has ever existed. their staples were corn, beans and squash.
domestic varieties have been selected mostly for shelf stability and appearance, not nutritional value.

Reminder:
"Indian skinny fat" or "Indian Phenotype", describes a common body type in South Asians with a slender appearance but high body fat, especially around the belly (visceral fat), despite a normal BMI, leading to increased risks for diabetes and heart disease. This phenomenon stems from a combination of genetics, carb-heavy, low-protein traditional diets, and less emphasis on strength training, resulting in low muscle mass and high central fat. Fixing it involves body recomposition: increasing protein intake, focusing on strength training (resistance exercises), and managing overall diet.

doesn't need to cross the bbb
>Despite early assumptions that oral GABA cannot enter the brain, recent research suggests it may still influence brain function via several pathways. One key mechanism involves GABA receptors in the gut, where oral supplementation can activate the gut–brain axis, influencing mood, stress, and sleep through neural and hormonal signaling. This is supported by studies showing improvements in relaxation, reduced stress markers, and enhanced sleep quality after GABA intake, even without measurable increases in brain GABA levels.

>Another proposed mechanism is indirect modulation of GABAergic activity in the brain. For example, GABA may influence neurosteroid synthesis, which in turn affects GABA A receptor function. Additionally, high plasma concentrations of GABA have been shown to increase brain GABA levels in animal models, suggesting possible transport via specific transporters like GAT2/BGT-1—a pathway still under investigation in humans.

runners always injure themselves, very common. there is even a guy in this thread that says he gets injured every six months.
most people will be running on pavement or concrete, which is pretty bad for you
walking is very beneficial, and less likely to cause injury, easier on joints, you name it
you can also walk for much longer than you can run, and the sustained activity ends up being higher.

So what's the perfect diet?
>>
>>528378495
>useless unless deficient
if you're not deficient in something and you take more of it, then you're getting too much and its harmful by definition. the reason people benefit from creatine is most people dont eat enough red meat
if you get enough creatine in your diet, taking more is mildly harmful, or at least suboptimal, as with anything else
>>
>>528378405
try it under the tongue or in the cheek like chewing tobacco, it is way more bioavailable
and as i already said, placebo effect only lasts 2 weeks
you also need magnesium to make it in the body. this is why you get anxious if you have low magnesium. alcohol lowers mag, as does a high toxic load because you need mag to make glutathione, the master antioxidant
it's always best to search for root causes
maybe try an epsom salt bath or get in the ocean if you are near either coast.
>>
>>528378506
thats a fucking retarded question

you need magnesium for like 250 biochemical reactions, and the most immediate reason mg deficiency causes anxiety is your muscles and veins cant relax, stressing out your cardiovascular system

probiotics are nonsense
they are actually harmful or useless
prebiotics are another thing, and starch foods have them in abundance
>Probiotics may be harmful in certain individuals and situations, despite being generally considered safe for healthy people. While minor side effects like gas or bloating are common, more serious risks exist, particularly for those who are immunocompromised, critically ill, or have underlying conditions such as diabetes, leaky gut, or post-organ transplant recovery. In these groups, probiotics can act as opportunistic pathogens, leading to infections like bacteremia, fungemia, endocarditis, or sepsis.

>Recent studies reveal that probiotics can disrupt the gut microbiome rather than restore it. For example, after antibiotics, probiotic use was shown to delay the return of the original microbiome and reduce microbial diversity—contrary to the intended benefit. In one study, individuals who received a fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) of their own pre-antibiotic microbiome recovered in days, while those on probiotics took months.

>Additionally, some probiotic strains have intrinsic risks, including the production of harmful substances (toxins, biofilms), antibiotic resistance gene transfer, platelet aggregation, and mucin degradation. Strains like Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Bifidobacterium breve, and Saccharomyces boulardii have been linked to severe infections in vulnerable patients.

this is kind of correct, but gaba is both important and not the sole cause
mag relaxes a cell, calcium makes it tense. when you tense a muscle, the cells take in calcium, and when you relax they pump in mag.
>Magnesium deficiency contributes to anxiety through multiple interconnected biological pathways. Magnesium acts as a natural "brake" on the nervous system by regulating neurotransmitters and stress response systems. Low levels impair the function of GABA, a calming neurotransmitter, while increasing excitatory signals like glutamate, particularly through overactive NMDA receptors. This imbalance leads to heightened neuronal excitability and emotional hyperarousal.

>The HPA axis, the body's central stress-response system, becomes dysregulated in magnesium deficiency. Studies show that low magnesium increases the production of corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) in the hypothalamus and elevates stress hormones like cortisol and ACTH, creating a state of chronic stress reactivity. This biological cascade directly promotes anxiety symptoms.

>Furthermore, a vicious cycle develops: stress increases magnesium excretion through urine, and low magnesium levels make the body more vulnerable to stress, worsening anxiety and depleting magnesium further. This self-perpetuating loop can exacerbate symptoms like restlessness, poor sleep, irritability, and panic. Research supports that magnesium repletion can reverse these effects, highlighting its critical role in mental health resilience.

>your body is made to take in an unadulterated matrix of a wide array of nutrients & other substances found only in raw foods, which cannot be created artificially.
You're the retard, cunt. Surely there's a base level of nutrients we all need - this "matrix" you speak of.
So what foods need to be consumed to cover every vitamin and mineral needed for this? If someone is "training" like a faggot, then they'd need a surplus for whatever is being depleted in larger amounts and to increase intake of certain things to aid muscle recovery.
But you're claiming everyone taking artifical supplements is being tricked by kikes, and obviously you've figured it all out just by eating correctly, so what are (you) eating, besides jeet cum?

L-tyrosine enjoyer reporting in.
While it is an useful amino acid, I would not say it makes life more enjoyable.
What it does is make you stay alert despite prolonged sleep deprivation.
The whole idea is that it is a precursor chemical to the production of norepinephrine.
To be effective, take massive doses (1 to 5g) on an empty stomach. That means no food an hour before and after dosing.
Side effects include extreme irritability so be mindful of using it around people you don't want to piss off.
If you want a more enjoyable experience, 5-HTP is more your jam.
That is all.
>>
>>528378925
>again wrong about everything
accusing me of being you again, eh?
almost all of those bacteria get killed as soon as they hit the stomach acid
fermenting things was for storage because no refrigeration
fermentation can increase bioavailability of certain nutrients for sure, but the microbes aren't doing all that much for you in your body. stuff from the store has been canned with heat, so goodbye bacteria. also your stomach acid kills most of them.
you would also have to ignore all the points i raised earlier, as well as all the research. but you are well practiced at that.

high protein causes insulin spikes. it is dangerous because there is no sugar for the insulin to deliver to the cells. this results in high resting insulin levels all the time. this is what happens on keto and carnivore diets. diabetics think they are doing well because all the bloodwork looks good, but insulin levels are rarely tested by a doctor. massive health studies are another thing.
high protein is a meme, it's really bad for you
>>528370015
>no more six paper joints, rick!
see the video here for a really deep dive into protein
i use cannabis as well for pain control and nausea from ehlers danlos. i also get seizures so i have to watch my intake. one problem with benzos is that they can make you excrete magnesium like crazy. so it can cause anxiety in the long run in a vicious cycle type of operation. but i agree, if you need one you need one. and diazepam is the least addictive version. they are not really addictive to anyone other than those that abuse them. there is almost no overlap between recreational users and those who are prescribed it legitimately. super low addiction issues in the latter population.

>Improved Athletic Performance and Endurance: A well-planned vegan diet is associated with enhanced endurance, particularly in long-distance events. Studies show vegan athletes often outperform omnivores in races under 21 km, and female vegetarians excel in half marathons. Research indicates higher VO2 max levels in vegan athletes, reflecting improved oxygen utilization and aerobic capacity, which directly supports endurance performance.

>Faster Recovery and Reduced Inflammation: Plant-based diets are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which help neutralize free radicals produced during intense exercise. This leads to reduced muscle soreness, quicker recovery times, and lower risk of chronic inflammation—key factors for consistent training and peak performance.

>Optimized Body Composition: Vegan diets are linked to lower body fat and leaner body mass due to higher fiber, lower fat, and increased thermic effect of food. This is especially beneficial in endurance sports, where a lower body weight improves aerobic efficiency and performance.

>Enhanced Cardiovascular Health: A vegan diet reduces blood pressure, cholesterol, and improves blood viscosity, allowing for better oxygen delivery to muscles. This supports cardiovascular function and may contribute to career longevity and overall athletic resilience
