In America 12 cans of soup costs $94. This is considered the economical deal of buying in bulk compared to 12 single cans worth $12.50 or $150. But we will go to war with Iran instead of solving these issue. I already work 2 jobs and I’m still struggling to survive but I may be replaced by AI in the next year anyways so who cares about how well the material conditions are right? It’s all my fault as I’m unlucky enough to be a worthless zoomer.

Don't you have access to the 3d printed slop Campbells? It's got delicious little slivers of 3d printed meat that you can barely taste, but boy can you taste it. It's great for poors like us!

$7.80 / can for tomato soup is a bit on the high side. Canned soup is usually around $3 a can.

Making a soup isn't about setting out to the grocer's to get specific things, rather it's more like squeezing every last cent out of what you already have kicking around. If you're not accustomed to basic culinary stuff you might not have some of the basic staples in your pantry you'll need... sure olive oil is $15 per litre, but you're only going to use ~20&cent worth per dish. A $20 frozen chicken will yield a meal or two plus sandwiches... then you make a broth from the carcass most people would discard. That wilting broccoli/celery still sitting in your crisper is eagerly waiting for reconstitution in a nice soup.
>>
>>528980597

>>
>>528980269
Fucking low fat tomoto soup? They added a stupid tax because your taste sucks OP. Eat some real food like Staggs. This price is actually higher than normal it fluctuates but I normally buy it when it hits $23/12 pack. Actually tastes amazing, lasts forever, actually contains some real food/protein. The chipotle beef flavor is the best but that one rarely goes on sale. Basically worlds cheapest mre. I have hundereds of cans.
>>
>>528980315
>Source: one campbells soup guy said this once, possibly in jest

Anything concrete to support this? I have no doubt they use shitty meat, but 3D printed meat would still be more expensive and there'd be more evidence of it around. It's probably cut with onions or something in some cases at the most. I think the meat in canned soups is gross anyway, so I usually get vegetarian soups anyway.
>>
most of the items they sell in walmart, bioengineered food ingredients, honestly that is against our organs
>>
>>528981268
Goyslop, progresso is slightly above cambell’s and tasteless. Again my argument still stands that the only thing accesible to eat at reasonable prices is lab manufactured cancer slop or the cheapest shittiest ingredients dug out of the trash for goy. People between the ages of 20-30 cannot afford real food.

Really? Because i still see it at the grocery store for 3.99 a can. The reason why it's so high is that's the online price. Everything is more expensive online because you can get it delivered to your door.

I get these soups on reduced price and they are not even close to expired the stores just need to clear out old inventory every week. And sometimes the employees mismark the reduced price so i get a 4 dollar can of soup for 1.50 but usually it is 2 dollars. So an organic soup for dirt cheap the cost of a normal shitty walmart soup. I win.

This is actually decent canned soup I could live off of $1k for a year. You can't get a mcdouble cheeseburger from McDs for this price, let alone a large quantity that will keep for years. Campbell's basic soups are about a dollar each if you want to go cheaper. I also have food supplies that will last for 10 years purchased from a patriot supply company. You can prep and buy what you can for the future. Kids buy McDd's and Starbucks every day.

Processed foods give you cancer. Mechanically separated foods give you cancer. Anything made in a factory gives you cancer. Clothes made of petroleum give you cancer. Plastics give you cancer.

Our ancestors didn't grow up in a concrete jungle living on onions and bugs. The west used to have a balance of urban and suburban. Now it's all streamlined and urban. And you can't even escape it because the rural areas are polluted with oil and manufacturing. So pick your poison. Bubbas living in the country but they eat corn syrup and drink soda pop while breathing oil fumes. Urbanites eating processed shit and breathing in cancer causing smog all day. There's no escape. This is hell i'm sure of it.
>>
>>528981394
The "chicken" in their soup is just slime from the bottom of the separator vat after all the chicken got processed. It's reformed into cubes with the help of added chemical agents then added to the "canned soup". The joke is that it's 3D printed, which its not. But the joke is based on the reality that it's not actual meat, it's literal refuse matter being sold to you as meat.

Nah it's 3.50 now. It was 2.99 a few months ago. I guess the good times are coming to an end closer than people realize. Everyone loves cheap gas and when it's not they start panicking. Gas prices are exponential as well meaning the cheaper it is the more exponentially cheaper it is to fill your tank.

40 gallon tank=
40 dollars 1 dollar a gallon
80 dollars at 2 dollars a gallon
120 at 3 dollars a gallon
160 at 4 dollars a gallon

You see the price doubles every even number. Would you rather pay 80 dollars or 160 dollars? It's not like your wages went up 100% by the time gas went from 2 to 4 dollars.
