maybe 4 months after the 12 day war, Iran bragged about killing 16 pilot trainees.

IDF is taking Unit 8200 brainiacs and forcing them into pilot training school and also ground combat.

In the 12 Day War, Israel emptied their military bases of soldiers, since those are easy targets.

Israel was hiding their soldiers inside hospitals, even the IDF Kirya/Pentagon was moved to under the hospital in tel aviv.

But in Beer Sheeva, Iran knew which building at the hospital was being used to hide soldiers, and Iran blasted it.

The hospital lied and said it was an empty surgery building that was emptied just the week before. yeah. Emptied to make room for hundreds of IDF soldiers, lol.

Here you can see that Israel is re-building it.
Will be interesting to see if Israel hides their soldiers in hospitals again. I would probably want to scatter them to rural kibbutzes/farm towns close to nothing and no snitches.
But that would make it easier for soldiers to go AWOL.

This circled building was blasted in Ramat Gan, next to tel aviv.
13 buildings including this tower, are set to be demolished due to the structural damage.

That means 12 other buildings, but I'm thinking that 1-2 of those 12 other buildings are big towers like next door or across the street, because I don't see 12 small buildings near it.

they're going to build a school and a 60 story tower after this entire block basically is demolished. And they'll open up that side street, which was closed, which further points to this circled building being some secret IDF base in a civilian looking apt building.

That side street was always closed off for no good reason other than it was a covert IDF or mossad building and they didn't want car bombs getting right next to it.

that Matcal Tower is the IDF's Pentagon. The real Pentagon is underneath it, but they built another secret base with US help under these Da Vinci Towers, some 50 meters away. Iran had intel on this other secret base, and blasted it directly.

In the 12 Day War, Iran warned this Red Roof neighborhood in Tel Aviv to evacuate. But Iran never bombed.

I don't know what's so special about it, probably just psychological warfare to scare a neighborhood. Because if it was super important, Iran wouldn't warn them, probably.

Haifa is a very strategic, target rich city. circled is the haifa refinery that Iran hit with two of their best missiles. Put it out of action for 6 months and cost israel 1 billion dollars in damage.

There's only two big refineries in israel, this one and the one in Ashdod, the other port city in israel.
Take out just a couple key targets in Ashdod and Haifa and Israel drops to its knees.

Tel aviv would have allowed the ford to protect both port cities better. Tel Aviv doesn't have a port so I guess it is less strategic in that one way, even though it is the economic and population heart of the country, without which it all collapses.

Pic related is Ashdod the other port city, with the refinery circled. Israel had a 3rd port city in Eilat on the Red Sea near the suez canal, but the Houthis crippled it financially so the port city collapsed.

Notice that Israel put a huge hospital right next to the Haifa Navy/Sub base, just like they built their IDF Pentagon right next to the biggest hospital in Israel.

If the US/Israel start bombing Iranian hospitals, Israel can pretty much cripple Israel just by blasting about 4-5 hospitals. And most of the time they would even have plausible deniability in that the valid military targets were right there.

Satellite imagery ftw, I personally prefer Google Earth, though I’ll often supplement with what’s available through Apple’s default Map/Nav app(as it’s impressively high resolution in some areas, and has decent 3D/height modeling data. I don't know what you mean by "a lot" because with the amount they sent I wouldn't consider that a lot at all, but its not about just hitting something its about hitting something and causing actual damage. You can hit something and it will literally do nothing, did you hit something? Yes. Did you accomplish any objectives? No.

Think of it this way, in order for the US to successfully damage a reinforced bunker they needed to drop multiple heavy munitions in quick succession at a ~1m accuracy to accomplish it's goal.
