Malls are dead in places with no niggers too though. I think the real culprit is big box stores, if you're driving there anyway (which is the case for 99% of people in the US) you may as well go to a store with lower prices and a much bigger selection. My small city, which is less than 0.5% black, used to have three malls and they've all turned into big box shopping centers, though we've since grown an upscale outdoor mall thing built on a former lumber mill site.
