I work in insurance, specializing as a consultant for service members and veterans, and any time I handle a car insurance policy for an active service member, they cannot tell me any information about the car, they struggle to answer basic questions, and can't understand coverages without it being explained to them three different ways. they're also usually financing brand new luxury/sports cars that I know they're going to struggle to make payments on. and before someone asks, they're usually Hispanics or SE asian mutts that have a heavy accent. I have no idea how anything in the military is functioning if the people I've spoken with in the last 4 years are even 10% of active service members

I wasn't in the army because i was too much of a chud schizo and got lucky with inspectors, so idk how assignments go in the actual army (after mandatory service).
