I got into university (fucking scam, don't do it and tell your kids not to do it either) but there was this really extroverted and chatty as fuck kid that already had a good paying job basically being an IT guy for a private school. I asked him why the FUCK he was at the university if he had socialized his way into a good job and he just said "cuz with a degree maybe I can get paid more lol" and he just nonchalantly did whatever and barely tried.
