They did some cards. Asked me questions like what the shortest month of the year was. I got called to the principal's office over all of it. Wasn't what they were looking for. Ended up in AGP for science but with retarded kids for math. Finished a PhD but that GATE stuff was around absolutely. Not who you were originally speaking with however they were likely sourcing replacements for Grill Flame / SRI as funding also ended around that time. Stubblebine influence I am certain, as well.

The captcha reminds me of the cards in fact.

>GATE was all military /airforce offspring.
True. I was in GATE during the Clinton years in elementary school, and my father was in the Marines. Grandfather was in the Army, too. (Is it weird that my great uncle was one of the first Army rangers in the Korean War, too?) Can confirm that I was taken out of class to another dark classroom to watercolor nature paintings. Don't remember anything else.
>>
>>532872385
Also, this was 1986 - 1987, 4th grade. I don’t remember most of what we did, just a small group of kids, met once or twice a week for a few hours at most, not a full day of school. No homework, no tests, but I don’t really remember what we did.

First time I remember hearing the term ‘brainstorm’. Sadly my memory is shit.

I thought it was fun. I’ve heard stories of satanic ritual abuse and brainwashing, but I never got diddled or anything otherwise nefarious. I’m not traumatized by the experience.

It was pitched to me as some kind of accelerated educational program for “future leaders” to help get into college or gain exposure to critical national needs, but we rarely did anything academic or related to school.

We frequently discussed fringe scientific subjects like parapsychology, quantum physic's, we did some woowoo hippy meditation and visualization stuff like remote viewing and we we frequently went on field trips around the state/country research labs.

We would regularly have researchers come into the school to administer strange tests that kinda seemed like IQ tests, but they weren’t teachers. Some of them worked for the government or national labs. A few times a year we would speak with plain clothes DoD contractors, law enforcement/military types.

I distinctly remember going to a laser lab at my local university Ando had to get a permission slip signed because one of the labs had some ambient radiation risk. We als got to compete in math, science, spelling, and geography competitions. Top performers received grants and stuff (I bought a ps2 with some money I won for a history day project).

Apologies in advance for any typos/id changes. I’m phone posting and my screen is cracked
>>
>>532872750
Can confirm, class was dark. Ours was in a trailer behind the school. Always thought it was dark because trailer but maybe it was on purpose.

Who ran these classes/programs?
>>
I think people aren't remembering some things clearly. I was in the gifted program from K-4 in the late 90s. My mom was a grad student at university of Puerto Rico and I was assessed when she dropped me off at the early learning pre-k center. The nuns recommended I take some test, and then starting in kindergarten my classroom in school was always one with curtains over the windows so it was dark, air conditioning, with only 5 or 6 children in total. While I recall the pink drink, I don't recognize anything else from these memes. I think people grew up being called smart, have nothing to show for it today, and making up stories about this makes them feel special.

>>532872240

Well, I do recognize the ESP cards as an experiment that has been long debunked since the early 40s, and whose publicly available dataset is often used in the teaching of experimental statistics and application of the demovre-laplace limit theorem. This would not have been used in the 90s.

>>532872750

Two Jews and a 'former' Scientologist found regular people and tricksters that could geolocate downed planes and manipulate instruments in Faraday cages and decided to go full Indiana Jones 4 (because USSR and China had similar projects) with Ingo Swann and Psycho Mantis types because if real, would give advantages. After the funding dried up, it is likely they sought children in public schools and or having them exposed to wack pink drinks etc would field a larger cohort than institute people coming to them. All defunct now. Likely not even what is required anymore as surveillance tech has improved markedly, down to analyzing how one speaks or writes and wifi mapping where people are in rooms.

Yes. I have a syncretic approach to the subject. I was raised in a Buddhist/catholic household. I think most religions are fundamentally describing the same phenomenon. I forget the exact year I was in it. It would've been somewhere between 4th and 6th grade.
I remember the telegraph the most because I complained that I couldn't make out the beeps that were from mine vs all the other kids in the room. It kinda just blended into a giant cacophony.

We also did that thing where we sit in a big circle holding hands and the adult had an electric current flow from one body to the next. It wasn't a strong current, just enough that you could feel a little zap.

The bottle rockets were the most fun, though.

Not just that.
They wanted to record how many people like that are actually around, how how many of them are uncontrollable.
The uncontrollable ones are a threat to them.
Those people will find themselves sabotaged and handicapped by authorities throughout the lives after the GATE programme marked them as potential threats.
We didn't have something like that here, we just have special education where all the traumatised rebels wind up rioting all day.

We spent a lot of time discussing state propaganda methods, and techniques to identify and dissect them. We were basically told to never trust anything the government said or did. So, anons.

Over the course of your life. And in different areas of the country have you ever met or befriended people under suspicious circumstances that later provided training to you under the supervision of people with 30 years in law enforcement haircuts?

Ive made reference to it a few times about them training mass shooters but im starting to think only the top tier problems get that training so they're made to go away.

Also did the feds ever ID the driver of the car who dropped the Parliament shooter off who killed the sentry?

GATE/AIG in the south east late 90s to early 2010s... it basically all stopped with the rise of smartphones/internet ubiquity. Whatever path they had us on changed, not everyone got on a "lifeboat" (had a mentor/handler give them a path) some are raised up like me and then torn down quite publicly.
I will author a book of collected testimonies on GATE and AIG someday. It was a systemwide abuse.

dad was search and rescue, deployed after 9/11 with afsoc. eventually finished at the pentagon.

Me and none of my siblings were GATE kids, so idk if i buy that. I think maybe it was tracking autism, but the fact kids move so frequently in the military might display some of the signs from constantly having to say goodbye to folks.

We’re going to get a bunch of folks claiming to have been GATE kids, with elaborate stories, just like we did with autism. Insufferable faggots.

This is also what GATE was about.. some level of this is circling psychic/esper/predictive ability research. I air on the side of undecided. Mormons are essentially the #1 pulled from group for glowie rank and file. There's essentially two kind of Mormon, complete fucking simpleton and viscous fucking psychopath - the latter takes advantage of the former. Mormons have been actively working against the American people since their creation, they were kicked out of every place they tried to settle from the east coast to Utah because they essentially used their communities like little hives of outlaws taking advantage of the greater society as a whole, kind of like some other Abrahamic communities we know.

Let me elaborate that they dun goofed with hip hop culture promotion underestimating the hypnotic effects of the beats in the once patriotic white American population so they can no longer use patriotism due to the black culture cancer on America which was amplified by foreign entities working in conjunction with cartel like organizations to promote drug use to further cripple the fighting age populace and so now the military is a joke and the foreign entities and their long game are winning especially since countries where porn is illegal have helped to make sure that the entire American population are crippled by the fap kind virus by acting on known human vulnerabilities with sexuality and addiction (as if that wasn’t obvious)

So now we have a generation of men with breasts and drug addled losers who have no sense of patriotism whatsoever and if you’ve ever learned of the KGB you’d know LGBTQ is a powerful weapon and this war has been going on for years now plz subscribe to my onlyfienz and sayonara

Princeton and Harvard math guys are monsters on a league above me, they show up day 1 to cram and pass all of their prelims for one. I took mine slowly over the first two years, as do most people. I wouldn't say a graduate math degree is impressive. If you can do a STEM bachelors at a state university, you have the capacity for graduate study in the same field. The primary filters are genuine interest in the topic and financial support. I had the GI bill and pretty much guaranteed employment afterwards given prior military service.

What do you think about John Nash - is there some kind of irony in his so called irrationality?

How does that factor into Game Theory. The irrational agent.

Another Anon said the same but he went into the Army.

I don't really think about him at all. I think I watched the movie about him when I was in high school. My math heroes are Kalman, Bucy, and Ito. Never got to meet any of them, but I own books signed by them as gifts to each other funny enough.

Because it's a meme, and not literal.
Then again a hypersensitive GATE veteran, or a pneumatic soul (which they were looking for), doesn't get affected negatively by such stimuli.
Rather it amuses them, especially when an authority figure interprets the innocence of the memes as a challenge to her established environmental ambience of "vibe".
>>
>>532877348
Not sure if the movie was the true representation of him. Did you know Nash refuted Game Theory a couple of years before his death and the videos were removed from YouTube?

Exactly on account of the nature of the irrational agent (human)

I knew a GATE kid and he was the offspring of two degenerate low income apartment dwellers. He told me about what they were doing. It was just specialized classes that was a grade above what they were currently doing with the rest of us.

I think life turned out good enough thanks to myself, definitely feel I wasted all my potential and could have changed the world but never did, always feel I’m in the wrong place at the wrong time, 1 bad event away from my life crumbling into shit. I make decent income but no generational wealth will be built. I also think the world gets worse by the hour and I should have started a modern day crusade but that wrong time wrong place thing. I feel like I’m in the wrong dimension sometimes. Being a Christian helps (I do not go to church)

I don't know about that, I'm totally open to conspiracy theories seeing as I'm here, but I don't think GATE kids were necessarily sidelined by the government. It's just that a lot of us are non-normies and normies tend to want to exclude you regardless of government action.

>What were the sessions? Hearing frequencies, some mention that ?

The first session consisted of me and 3 other kids. I was in a small catholic school there was 4 people total in my grade including me. 8 people total in class.

The first session I remember we were led into a room in the center of the school with no windows. I was first in line so upon entering they told us to select a cup. I picked the first cup and drank some pink liquid. It didn't taste bad burn or linger. I didn't remember the rest of the session much. I believe it was test questions. After that session I didn't see the other kids there again. I did more sessions with just me and the "teacher". Sometimes there was someone watching the "teacher". I remember alone with the teacher attempting to connect with them (female). She seemed to enjoy that but I never really got anywhere with it like I had with other humans at that point.

They asked me fun questions like "How would you rebuild society if this happened?" kind of questions. It was just towards me alone so I got to spill my brains out. I believe I was in 6th grade. I do remember slightly some guided meditations but not much from it. I've always had a great imagination and can play around with worlds in my head if I please so it makes sense I kinda zoned out here. The real interesting story happens I think AFTER gate with how society has treated me along the way. Do I have natural good luck or is SOMETHING guiding me?

>Visual cards? Can you walk us through it?
Yes I remember them asking me how the cards made me feel. They were very encouraging and curious. They asked me to predict some cards as well. That's about all I remember.

Thank you for your description.

Have you ever had a near death experience?
>>
ITT: delusional faggots

It was a class to see if you had ADD. The room was dark to prevent distractions and overstimulation. It was to keep you calm and focused. That’s probably why those rooms were also in small portable buildings with nice AC units. The juice was like a treat to build an initiative, but also with magnesium and potassium. The puzzles were to test your ability to critically think and focus, and there weren’t really any right or wrong answers, but more like how you approached things.
>>
For those of you with kids, are you familiar with "speech" programs? Seems pretty common for people I work with to have kids involved in these programs, where they are now taken out of class for analysis by a speech pathologist. I also recall the staff at nuke school in Charleston having their kids in similar speech language pathology or autism variant program or study.

What conspiracies told me about the origin of the meter was numinous at best. A distant origin.
What history taught me though, is that the conspiracy theory surrounding the origin of the meter predates its official definition in 1793.

Schizo solidarity is a prerequisite for any grand scheme. GATE was social and cultural engineering from the very start. Even if it wasn't, you still need to make this revision.

I was in gate I think. I remeber being taken out of school at a young age and put in a windowless room. Proctor was a nasty nigger bitch, I didnt like her at all. Smelled. Anyways, I dont remember much past that beyond having to put on headphones and having to raise my hand to indicate what side I was hearing things from.
>>
>>532871381
Was in GATE classes when I was younger, no immediate family in the military or anything. I don’t recall much about it except that I went into some math competition and got lost, missed the bus somehow made it back on another one and had to meet with the principal, other than that nothing memorable. Once had an English teacher tell me to never work for the government out of nowhere which was a bit odd, gave up on school out of disinterest. Talked to some army recruiters and scored very highly on their preliminary assessments but the recruiters were pushy and creeped me out, ended up not signing up. I don’t buy the conspiracy theories but if the CIA ever came knocking and wanted to give me a job I’d probably take it.

Normalfags are trying to steal our vril just like the teachers did. But I was in gate my dad was in the marines my grandpa the coast guard his brother in the army his other brother a naval commander my cousin is in the marines my sister was in the navy my whole family pretty much was in the military st some point. After the gate program I was sent to a military school where I graduated as a major. Sometimes I think I was set up to be a big dog in what ever they had planned but I went to college and discovered I really loved doing drugs and banging college sluts so I fucked it all off. I used to have premonitions when I was a kid I could see entire days before they would happen but that went away around the time I got sent to military school. However they must have liked me still anyway because I did very well there. I could have been a general or something but now I’m a stoned neet feels bad man

I was in GATE while in elementary school during the Clinton administration. My dad would have been out of the Marines for 7 or 8 years by that point. All I remember is a lot of pattern recognition, hearing tests, and some weird pink liquid.

Yeah recruiters make bonuses for hard to fill positions. I think its something like a 1k bonus for every guy they toss into the nuclear pipeline or a submarine. I think they just looked for spawn that stood out from the rest. A friend of mine and I got pulled from classes in grade six
A few weeks of tests, no regular classes, rorshach and other psychological tests, problem and question sets, IQ tests.
At the end they offered me the opportunity to skip 4 grades, but I declined; life as an 10 or 11 year old in HS seemed very intimidating.

The purpose is to make you uneasy and separate you from the other kids. The other kids view you as different because of things like this more than you know. It is so you can't lead. You will grow up slightly outside of the reality those kids exist in and that's enough.

No one on this board is smart enough that the government would want to abduct them. They are just losers who straight their meaningless and banal experiences into something of political or esoteric significance when they are loser nerds who live in filth and squalor in their mom’s basement. I know of the test these programs consist of and nothing signifies that those who take them are intelligent, in fact quite the opposite. The government isn’t rolling out MK Ultra recruiting programs so openly in public schools. By that logic we are all in gate because we complete captchas. Another absolute goy moment.

I find it interesting that there is a complete lack of records from these programs from anywhere.
An occasional horde of papers from someone's childhood, but nothing like an instructor's manual or various memos teh schools had to be getting from someone.

This wasn't a free service by good hearted people.
It was paid for.
Information was gathered and delivered to someone by someone.
We KNOW the MIC did it, yet no real evidence exists that anything at all happened, anywhere.

Gifted and Talented Education. I took aptitude tests in the second grade and got placed in GATE in the third grade. Once a day we met in a separate classroom for more tests and unstructured writing, comprehension, and math education.
Some of the tests were word problems, puzzles, reading, hearing, and esp. Duke university used to have a parapsychology program, and Duke also influenced regular educational programs. The esp tests were zener cards.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zener_cards
>Joseph Banks Rhine (September 29, 1895 – February 20, 1980), usually known as J. B. Rhine, was an American botanist who founded parapsychology as a branch of psychology, founding the parapsychology lab at Duke University, the Journal of Parapsychology, the Foundation for Research on the Nature of Man, and the Parapsychological Association.

In my country from time to time always some group of American "students" came by and ran all kinds of weird experiments with kids from my school, the Fluoride shots, the sound tests, the pattern recognition tests, the weird machines, etc, at that time nobody cared that much and our parents as the good goy cattle they are didn't question anything since they came from the US so everything they did must be something good (sarcasm).

I was already different; in elementary you get special staus as the smart one. I learned to hide it in grade ten, learned to mimic normies and became super popular.
People afraid of you if you are obviously smart and different. Talk folksy, sprinkle well used curse words when you talk, hide most of your sense of humour. Normies love you after that.
My life has been quite excellent, though I had the the feeling for many years that the watchers checked in every once in a while. My trajectory is almost shot, I don't think they would bother now.
Unless they want to hire me for shiposting that is. Send an application to my proton if you do, guys, I could use a hobby.

was in GATE from K-3, moved schools and was not admitted to my new school’s program. It was fun at the start, but it became too mechanical half way through second grade. My parents migrated here from Mexico and neither had military background, though my mom was an educated woman and had a few degrees prior to immigrating. School had always been boring, only classes I really took an interest in were literature classes as I could argue my points. Ended up flunking 7th grade, 10th grade, freshman year of college and my first grad program, though I did a 180 the following year or semester.

Have 4 degrees, including a graduate degree from a NESCAC school, and now teach at public middle school
