I used to agree with you but since mp4s were enabled and the ability of fucking retards to grab bullshit straight from shitter/reddit resulted in a deluge of dogshit threads I've changed my mind. I'll accept low file size limits and no h264 support if it means having a barrier to people being able to post dogshit everyfuckingwhere all day long. The no barriers to entry and no gatekeeping experiment has been a spectacular failure and you'd be a fool to say otherwise.
