Those little balloons are to keep the futuristic looking space vessel afloat in the Ocean. Also the flag survived extremely hot temperatures like on the surface of the sun. That proves that the US is ahead technologically. We should not mess with the US. We should be thankful that they allow us to go to Mc Donalds and pay via Swift.
