Consider herself lucky her doctor is honest. He didn't recommend putting her through almost death with cancer treatment to kill some of it only for it to roar back once it stops. Her cells mutated and the body can't survive. She can try things if she wants but even just a biopsy can move cancer cells into the bloodstream and they migrate to other areas. Usually it isn't painful unless in the bone but it can impact things like nerves and such. Her body transformed. She can either try unconventional things or just wait until the transition is complete. Cremation is preferred because it kills the cancer and doesn't stay with your remains in a casket because fuck cancer. People always try to tell the person do this or that. But usually the person just needs someone to talk to in the dead of night when they can't sleep and are thinking of all the people and things they will miss here on earth.
