I just realized today that the dysgenic phenomenon can be seen in dogs. We might see the idealized dog as Buck in Call of the Wild, but dogs seem to be getting uglier and more retarded. This is not simply of heckin miscegenation, dog breeds to begin with are often crap. It has to so with market demand for emotionally immature dogs, since the more puppylike and emotionally stunted a dog remains, the more it is beloved by those who need a surrogate for a child.But it doesn't stop there. Poor and stupid people who are the most likely to have stupid dogs, are also least concerned with making sure their animals don't randomly reproduce. Their reproduction, their overpopulation, is ALSO demanded by the market. Why? Because under capitalism, people need some outlet for the kindness or would go insane from all the bloodshed and misery capitalism inflicts. This is generally animal welfare, and here it is donation and volunteer work for organizations that house and put up animals for adoption. Nevermind looking at what causes the dog epidemic, because a lot of that is the condition of humans. Poor humans too will also put their animals up for adoption more because they simply can no longer afford to care for them.And this suffering of animals and their declining intelligence is now big business, at least in America, it is massive as a cause to raise money. Contractors who work like professional salesmen are hired by humane societies to solicit membership and donations.As long as capitalism persists, the worsening of society will because there a market for it. And you cannot vote it away because the capitalist market does not heed votes, it has only conatus.

I personally don't want command of anything, but I do think worker councils should run things, instead capitalist councils. It would rather a government made up of the best leadership the working class can offer, than the beat leadership the capitalist class can offer
