If working as a management requires you be available on Saturday, and you're unable to be there on Saturday then I don't see the issue with a location finding someone else to perform the job. It isn't a matter of discrimination against your religion. It's a requirement of the job duties that you're just unable to perform. If it was one holiday a year I could see it being a reasonable request but 52 days a year is a little too unreasonable. This would be like a muslim applying to a pork smokehouse and then claiming they can't touch any pork or any surfaces contaminated by pork. The business shouldn't be forced to keep that individual on staff and pay them. The task requires pork be handled.The jew no doubtedly got this job, knowing the requirements with the intent of turning the conflict into a lawsuit and therefore deserves to be put in prison indefinitely.
