The Philippines is the second most numerous country of origin for foreigners in a surprising number of US states. I've never heard someone complain specifically about them. I guess they're fine.

Fallow or rotting fields are what America has to offer and the only stockpile we maintain is corn and wheat. Farmers are dropping like flies while oligarchs sweep up the land for secure investments. Now fuel prices are so high farmers would be shipping at a loss, it's more financially sound to let the crop rot.
