Thinking you always need brand new components is stupid since there is a trick to use a 1080p or maybe even 768p screen instead of 4k or 2k, lower antialiasing and shadows to make new games playable, anything else would work without any issues. No reason whatsoever to waste goybucks on brand new hardware just to play league of legends in the end. Windows 11 also has many tweaks available to disable telemetry, newer updates that are not needed, ms security along with defender, force to use ipv4, disable ms store, indexing and so on. You only need malwarebytes free to do an occasional scan and that's it. Otherwise windows 7 is the next best option, download older versions of certain programs you would need and you are good to go. The only issue is discord, which is pointless to use, steam however can work on w7. But as I said, you can disable this shit on w11 and still use it without heavy cpu/disk usage on idle by doing a few tweeks. Which sites you visit however obviously will never be private, but that is a seperate issue which cannot be resolved from a fixed location.

What matters more is a screen with true black and no backlight. Oleds have achieved this and crts were the best for that, especially objects in motion not smudging, the worst for your eyes is starring at a backlit monitor showing darker areas, a lot more than a flickering cathode screen, even though having 85Hz fixes everything. You'd forget about ray tracing immediately if you tried a bulky monitor.
