Largest non-christian religion in each US state
Notable that the only states where Catholicism is not the largest Christian denomination are in the Deep South and Utah. The Baptist belt and Mormon country. Everywhere else the Church holds. The map undersells reality because it only shows non-Christian religions. If you added Catholics the Northeast, Midwest, Southwest, and West Coast would be solid Catholic plurality. The real story is that American Protestantism is collapsing faster than Catholicism. The mainline denominations are in freefall. Evangelicals are holding but their kids are leaving. Catholics are losing people too but the numbers are cushioned by Hispanic immigration and higher birth rates. The future of American Christianity is Catholic or it is nothing.
Judaism, Island, and Christianity are all mental illnesses.
