Lots of government jobs have pretty good pay, benefits, and stability. 9 years as enlisted military and I made about 120k last year. Pay no state taxes and only pay federal tax on like 65k I think. At 4 years in I was making like 55k and bought my first house. No degree required.It's a desk job btw. Just had a kid (cost nothing because free healthcare) so I'm getting 12 weeks paid daddy leave.
