Nvidia is for when you TRAIN models or need to use PyTorch, becuase it needs CUDA. 5090 is actually TOO FAST for normal inference use, in relation to the max model size that can be squished in 32GB. For LLM inference all you need is fast VRAM and the cheapest fast GPU option is Intel Arc B65, which will give you the 32GB.
