Usually the police here are taking property by force away from home owners who can no longer pay the infinite property taxes: and thus nullifying the idea of property itself (Dominion and Control). Leaving the "residents" destitute, on the street, and rlobbed of their life savings completely down to the last dime. So I am not suprised the Town provides extra suppression services against it's "residents".Is there anything that can be done?

Those reports are going to help ID the individuals and their crimes (Cops have to document why they were called to the residence). If they're continuously doing this in the am, it's going to show consistency to disrupt your sleep cycle and you can get them for emotional harm and distress, not to mention aggravated something with the intent to cause bodily injury or harm if they're calling the cops to have them kill you.The more they do it, the better it is for you, though at this point the cops should be launching their own investigation into misuse of the town's system if they haven't arrested you and you're being swatted. IPs, MACs, device logs, all that's going to be needed. How do you know they're zoomers? Where are they posting this info to? Bring your case to a lawyer and see if they''d be willing to take it based on contingency. You're going to need all of this evidence in court to show wrongdoing.If you honestly haven't done anything wrong, they've already broken countless statutes to include cyber stalking and harassment, even possibly the computer fraud and abuse act. You have to take a look at your state's statutes to see what cyber laws are applicable, if any. I'm not a LEO or a Lawyer but I would take my advice and start the process of collecting all those reports, unless you're a complete dumbass and antagonizing them online, which only increases your liability.
