Back to pleddit, brainlet.

Interest Payments are real, and the problem in OP headline is real and actually occurring.
Can't and don't just 'ignore' Interest Payments, act as though they don't exist.
Interest Payments on the debt now vastly exceed fedgov annual discretionary spending.
GDP growth remains stuck (as it was pre-2025) in the under-3-percent zone. Not nearly enough to even keep ahead of Interest Payments on the debt.

Not a single 4chan user comprehends macroeconomics. 4chan = Retards

Trump tarrifs were supposed to fix this? Since as Trump said, the tariffs are paid by the countries selling to America, rather than Americans. Trump basically got foreigners to pay off the federal debt
>>
>>544510162
It's mostly fake and gay paper debt.
Your treasurey sold trillions in securities which the fed reserve buys by printing money. Over time you reduce those securities to eliminate inflation but there's no pressing need to pay those off unlike pensions and Medicare funding obligations.

An easy scheme to pay it down is just grow GDP with AI which is what Herr Trumpf is doing. GDP goes up, debt ratio becomes a nothingburger. Then some new retard will get into office and print more money
>>
>>544510587
Presumably everyone who owns treasury notes. I would ask, with what?
>>
>>544510162
No they need to inflate it away. There is no way to make politicians balance the budget.

works as long as the AI bubble doesn’t burst and take the stock market down with it
>>
>>544510162
No, but it's best not to go overboard with it and at least slow it down a bit. Otherwise you'll end up like France having to spend 10% of your annual budget just to pay the interest on your debt. US pays 20% by the way, but it's not that bad because you can print money unlike France.

Trump's head economist guy wrote a paper about this worth reading
https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/69d7ea95a65997dec59d0f36/69e6a8781864ae309e367c5d_638199_A_Users_Guide_to_Restructuring_the_Global_Trading_System.pdf

He says the US constitution allows the president to sell gold reserves to pay down the debt. A way to do this he says is to buy foreign currency bonds that way it prevents that country from trying to manipulate it's currency to avoid tariff impacts and the interest paid can be directly applied to the national debt which would rapidly pay it down.
They're just going to grow GDP though instead using mfg/AI robots and shit
>>
>>544510162
Japan, UK and China hold American debt. They're just one more fuckup away from calling it in. Do the the right thing in the midterms and vote the republicans out.

You mean our countries.
The US is the only country on earth with advanced "frontier" AI models. That means they are either going to lease access to these models to the entire world for trillions or they will takeover all mfg and medicine with robotics 24hrs a day where no other country can compete.

That leaves the rest of us with mass unemployment welfare states once all white collar jobs disappear
Ask AI how many Germans work in this space
>Roughly 72.3% of German employees work in the broader service sector, which includes many white-collar fields like finance, education, healthcare administration, and tech.
Poof all gone soon and replaced by the healthcare admin 2000 bot

What part of Interest Payments >>544510595 <-------do (You) not understand?
Interest Payments don't magically 'disappear' or "not exist" because you're a 12-year-old brainlet video gamer.
This is everyone's all 160 nations all 9 billion peoples on Earth's problem (not merely fate of muh ziomerica).
When the global UST-founded debt market implodes so goes it all.

At current $2.2 trillion/annum spending rates the U.S. government and treasury reaches total default less than four years from today. Global debt market won't last nearly that long.
Original plan of the incoming administration had been to get annual gdp growth into the 6 or 7 percent range (part of this was the now-imploding AI datacents grift), up from its present anemic ~2 percent. Pushing into 7 percent or so range would *just barely* keep the U.S. fedgov ahead of Interest Payments on the debt in other words tl/dr even an increased gdp growth, wouldn't stop growth of the debt and Interest Payments on that.
Problem is fedgov spending, which purse strings *are held and controlled by U.S. Congress* not the president. With Congress in lockstep uniparty rubberstamping year-after-year-after-year *fiscal policy* of multitrillion $$$$$$$$ deficits and consequent ever-increasing Interest Payments on that debt, the central bank+treasury *monetary policy* of """printing"""" non-existent money that matches those spending rubberstamps continues unabated. Until the U.S. fedgov aka Congress decides to rein in spending the Interest Payments conundrum remains and America is on the rails to total default four years from now. Global debt market and confidence in UST won't last nearly that long, U.S. just a couple months ago tried patching the leaks in yen carry trade which is upsetting global bond yields and nobody wants to buy the debt.
Every time money is 'printed' a *corresponding bond is issued by the sovereign nation's treasury* that must be purchased on the worldwide debt market.
>>
>>544510162
No. In the Jewish debt based system all money is borrowed in to existence. The debt is larger than all money in existence.

It is, but doing so will not only require a lot of work, but would probably require a good deal of subterfuge.

The budget crisis can't be solved without dramatic cuts to the defense budget; but that can't be done in the open without potentially triggering a handful of national defense (or political side-effects).

If it were me, I'd....
> announce a line-item shift in a ton of defense $ from where they're listed to the "classified / national security" column, where no one gets to see where the dollars eventually land
> cancel 1/2 the programs, and used the dollars saved to secretly buy up and retire US debt
> also sign a secret executive order which says that the corresponding dollars related to these captured debts be retired, in order to reduce the money supply.
>>
>if you owe the bank $1,000,000, it's your problem
>if you owe the bank $100,000,000, it's the bank's problem
>if you owe the kikes $41,000,000,000,000, it's the goyim' problem
The past economic crashes occurred in largely homogeneous societies; wherein, people could spoil to keep things stable until markets recovered. Even so, there was a lot of in-fighting and blame-shifting, despite people being of like mind and body. In today's (((diverse melting pots))), when shit gets bad, what is taking place in France now, will look holding hands and singing Kumbaya around the bonfire.

>all the diarrhoeaspera browns need is an excuse to go mask-off
