The guy with hairs gimmick is that he constantly wants to go wrestle butt naked and the bald guy has to stop him every time. They constantly lose matches because the bald guy needs to stop the guy with hair from baring it all during their matches
I think they're too old and small to get over at this point, if they got on the gas and actually put on a lot of size rather than looking like a sad strip of jerky they might be able to get some more traction, but I just think they don't have the look and it's what's holding them back
