Why doesn't Steve Austin smile in some old pics?
Same with this one. Him and CM Punk are emotionless for some reason.
>>14414549Because he knows every picture he stops to take is one less second Debra is being beaten
>>14414549>>14414566That's how we took photo's in the 90s
>>14414549It's his character you fucking idiot
>>14414549Perhaps he was unhappy.

>>14414590What's the point in taking a pic with one of your favorite wrestlers if you're both going to look depressed?
>>14414549intense pain due to owen hart crippling him
>>14414549Because we were still men in the 90's. Showing teeth was a sign of weakness.
>>14414566>>14414549Living the gimmick
>>14414644Well, junior, back then you didn't know how the photo was going to turn out (if it wasn't a Polaroid) you had to take the film to get developed and then when the photo finally comes out that's what you have to live with. Today you can take a zillion selfies and then choose the best one in an instant.
>>14414549why is stone cold hanging out with eminem
>>14414566Punk and blonde looking away, while Stone Cold and I assume mother looks at the camera. Wonder what caught there eye
>>14414644Austin was running a hard man no bs gimmick why would fans want him to smile in pics, he never appeared happy on TVHe protected keyfabe a lot back then in news interviews and shit like that too
>>14414742Makes sense. Yeah, with today's phones, you can position yourself until the photo looked good. Now I understand why some people look strange in some old photos.
>>14414840Kinda seems like he was that way regardless of the gimmick, which in turn made the gimmick much easier and more natural.
>>14414549Austin almost never smiles, looking through the Broken Skull Sessions thumbnails is hilarious because he always looks like he was forced to take the pictures at gunpoint
