What is terrible is that he will put the TV time in to tease the return of Malakai, push him as a mysterious monster.. then after 3 months job him out on his first match back.

The aimlessness is incredible.
Pick 20 guys per 6 months or year to push, and rethink next year's as the year goes by

They could have heavily pushed Miro, Keith Lee, Okada, Bryan, hangman, Moxely..Even Claudio, Pac, Malakai, osprey, Takeshita (And I'm sure I'm forgetting 10 others..), easily, since they have 200 wrestlers.
They could have kept them all somewhat separated and have them all win on weekly basis, regularly.
AND you can have a strong midcard that stays out of the main eventer zone - Kyle fletcher, swerve, kyle oreily, Roderick, buddy, jack Perry, OC, Christian..
who also beat robbers regularly..
This shouldn't be that difficult

They keep wasting momentum, talent, and star power
