Wrestlers should not kick out of finishers more than once, unless it's a very important match.I really find it boring and ridiculous to see wrestlers these days kicking out of finishers over fifteen times in every single match, and especially in matches of no importance at all that go on for over twenty fucking boring minutes, just to make the show longer. They try to make every single match look like the biggest match of the century between freaking Naruto and Son Goku.Worst of all, this makes the fights look ridiculous, way too exaggerated, and fake. This also makes important matches feel like nothing more than normal matches. Big pay per view matches used to feel very special, now they're just yet another match, nothing more than what you see ten times every night of the week. This is especially true in AEW where most matches are random.

Every wrestler thinks it will hurt their image if they get pinned clean by a finisher. It’s also why we won’t get stacked multi man matches anymore because most of them don’t want to take a pin. I hate modern wrestlers
>>16695449I would say a bigger gripe is how long the set up for some moves are. Like idiots are supposed to just stand there while someone slowly gets up on the top turnbuckle, positions themselves, and then jumps. Or the ones that do jumps on to their opponent outside the ring from inside the ring. Shit, even stuff like Cena’s Five Knuckle Shuffe and The Rock’s People’s Elbow always bothered me. This is why Jacob Fatu and LA Knight are getting cheered, they just jump up to the top turnbuckle and fucking fly.
