Guys like Fletcher, Ospreay, Page and MJF are perfect for AEW because it's small scale, low stakes, they're good but it's obvious they don't have "IT". The "Elite" thing is ironic because it's clear this is a company for guys who can work but are missing a key element that makes them an elite level talent, the charisma and main event drawing ability that would make one an elite in this business.
