I would put Starkz in struggling since doing decently in NXT doesn't mean much. he's been there 7 months already and doesn't look like moving up which is bad for an undersized guy already like 36 years old. he was probably on 300k in aew as well, doubt he's getting that in nxt.

They are like 43, this was kind of their one chance to work WWE properly. AEW wasn't around until 2019 so they spent like 15+ years only thinking about making it to WWE eventually.
