Sometimes I wonder what this dude would be if they'd just decided to keep him on his own. Like he was getting cheered regularly as babyface even when even a hardcore jobber for like the first year he was on the roster and was still getting babyface reactions during the early parts of the Don Callis Family before it turned into the clusterfuck that it is today. I'd argue it's done absolutely nothing for him other than get Don Callis more TV time.
He also bigly overperformed the first time he showed up on TV.
