HBK books NXT and helps the talent out a little. The rest of the performance center is where the issues are. The guys aren't taught and trained properly. Its a stark reminder of how bad their entire training process is when someone like Je'von, an outsider trained away from their bubble, is one of their top prospects. Booking is half the battle for sure and wrestling is the least important part of wrestling, at least with WWE. Despite that there are only a few guys who feel like they can truly be the future.
