hope wrestlers save their money otherwise you'll be reduced to be making the ever dreaded soi face for pennies on the dollar on youtube

Yknow i really do enjoy hearing Stevies takes but the show is idk, dry feeling. Like a Good teacher in a class you enjoy but for some reason it doesnt click. Ive listened to or watched his show for over a year now and its just so damn dry, like i actually pause it and listen to something else then come back to finish out a segment later on. Idk, its odd and im probably not expressing my thoughts very well. I listen to old Dutch shows on lunch and while i do get annoyed at the repeatious stories and Dutch forgetting shit mid sentence i still think its decent and enjoyable enough. But with Stevie its just some disconnect i vant explain.
>>19651290For me it’s because any time he’s about to say anything interesting his bong overlord shouts him down.
>>19649944Words can’t express how much I hate the fucking optimization industrial complex of YouTube thumbnails.
>>19651300What do you mean?
>>19651290the show is monetized around clickbait, controversy, negativity, woulda/coulda, gossip, rumors, shoots on other wrestlers ,etc. Although Stevie himself is a good/positive guy, the overall vibe of the show is shitty.
>>19651290I know what you mean. I stopped listening like 10 or so episodes in. Part of it is >>19651299 but another thing, for me at least, is that despite them calling it a show and wanting it to be like a TV show, it's not produced enough. It honestly feels like Dutch's show where they have a rough outline of what to talk about except he'll let Dutch go on tangents but stop Stevie with "SAVE IT FOR A FUTURE EPISODE". It's not produced enough to feel like an entertaining TV show and yet produced to where it doesn't feel like 2 people having a normal conversation. Instead it's this weird middle ground of mediocre and bland.
