If one person watches all 2 hours of a show, that is one view. If 4 people watch 30 minutes each, that is 1 view. If one person watches 90 minutes, that is .75 of a view. It is not a 'viewer' count. By Nielsen standards, it would be way higher because Nielsen factors in how many people are watching at the same time, while Netflix doesn't.
