Okada, Omega, Ospreay and White are still gonna poke their heads in on occasion. Ospreay has already set up a story for later this year. But in a larger sense, the biggest problem in NJPW the last few years has been its inability to build new stars and move on from the Tana/Okada/Naito/Omega era. It's good that they're finally being forced into it.
