LA knight hasn't even been fumbled. He is still over as fuck. He probably just isn't a selfish self mark and Paul likes to use him in the underdog role. Fumbling implies someone was getting a huge reaction and he booked them so badly that people stopped caring about them. Only ones off the top of my head were early heel new day and honestly maybe Vaquer. Otherwise most people have kept their heat.
